Execution

• Pneumatic opening.
• Operating pressure for opening:
• KP5.3: min. 5 bar to max. 12 bar.
• KP10.3: min. 5 bar to max. 12 bar.
• KP20.3: min. 4.5 bar to max. 12 bar.
• Hardened cover and piston
• Flange housing: aluminium.
• Repeat accuracy less than 0.005 mm.

Notes

The clamping module with sensor detection has two inductive sensors (connection type: S8 plug, cable length 150 mm) for status control (open/locked). It is opened pneumatically (1) and locked mechanically by spring force. The pressure line can then be disconnected as desired (module is clamped pressure-free). The clamping module has one connection: 1 = pneumatic opening * Please follow the installation instructions.
