Mechanical zero-point clamping system for clamping with optimised setup time for machining and chipless machining. Ideal for modular surface-mounted clamping solutions using a zero-point clamping system.

Notes

The mechanical surface-mounted clamping module has high retention, pull-in and locking forces. The clamping module can be positioned on the machine table using the clamping rim and secured with mechanical clamping elements. On the underside is a positioning bore for positioning sleeves and a through-bore for attachment using countersunk screws on grid plates (observe the maximum permissible screwing force). The module also has a mounting bore for a size 20 pull stud. Pull studs: Zero-point, blade or undersize pull studs (without colour coding) can be used depending on the individual application. The BM10 clamping module may be used only with size 10 M8 pull studs and BM20 only with size 20 M12 pull studs. The fastening screws are included in the scope of delivery. This clamping module may be used at ambient temperatures of up to 200 °C. * Please follow the installation instructions.
