Application

The base element can be positioned and secured anywhere on a machine table with T-slots via the circumferential clamping rim. Intermediate elements or mounting elements can be adapted. This clamping system can be used to position workpieces at the required machining height in the machine for five-sided machining or to quickly and securely clamp workpieces with offsets and different clamping heights on a machine table with T-slots.

• Plasma-nitrided, black-oxide hardened steel.

• Quick, easy and flexible clamping of complex workpiece contours on machine tables. Ideal for levelling and securely clamping workpieces or clamping devices at the required machining height in machine tools.

Centring sleeves: dia. 15: order no. 535732; dia. 16: order no. 78006. Curved washer: B10 order no.: 559140; B20 order no.: 535757. Fixed slot nut no. 6322A with an ISO 4762 M6 x 10 hexagon socket head cap screw can be used for positioning on a slot plate.
