3M (TM) ECATT 9723 is a double-sided, isotropic, electrically conductive tape in the XYZ direction, which is applied with pressure and is also suitable for bonding to materials with low surface energy. 3M (TM) 9723 Electrically Conductive Transfer Tape electrically bonds and bonds flexible circuits to other flexible circuits (flex), rigid printed circuit boards (PCB) or LCD screens. This tape provides good adhesion to common PCB substrates such as copper, gold, FR 4 epoxy, polyimide and polyester films. A stable electrical connection in flexible circuit interconnect applications may require additional mechanical reinforcement (clamping or squeezing) in the contact area.
