3M (TM) Aluminum Adhesive Tape 438, heavy duty, is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. This adhesive tape is coated with a transparent acrylic adhesive and is very robust thanks to its thickness of 0.13 mm. It is flame, moisture, weather, chemical and UV resistant. The thicker backing film of 3M (TM) Aluminum Adhesive Tape 438 is highly durable and can dissipate heat more efficiently than thinner metal adhesive tapes. This applies in particular to smaller areas with concentrated heat development. The adhesive tape is flame, moisture, UV and weather resistant as well as resistant to aggressive chemicals.
