The 3M (TM) Cubitron (TM) II Roloc (TM) Durable Edge Disc 947A is a heavy, sharp cutting disc with a mixed fabric backing. Our strong, durable wheels are easy to use and ideal for edging. With the 3M (TM) Cubitron (TM) II Roloc (TM) 947A Durable Edging Wheel, you can achieve faster and more consistent cutting performance in low to medium pressure and edging applications. Our edgebanding wheels are small and highly maneuverable, so they can handle complex geometries well. Designed to be durable, wear quickly and stay cool. With 3M precision grit technology, the abrasive grit on these wheels breaks off at angles, constantly forming new sharp edges. Gaps between the grits allow dust and abrasion to escape to minimize clogging. The heavy blended fabric backing minimizes the likelihood of tearing at the edge. The polyester provides improved durability, water resistance and tensile strength, extending the life of the grain. The Roloc (TM) quick change system ensures that the disc can be attached to the tool very quickly and efficiently. With a simple twist, the wheel can be attached or removed, increasing overall productivity. These discs are available with a TSM metal or TR plastic attachment in grit sizes 40, 60, 80 and 120.
