The precision-molded grit consists of precisely shaped, self-sharpening abrasive grains that continuously break during the grinding process, constantly forming new, sharp cutting edges that cut through the metal rather than scraping or tearing it like conventional abrasives. The points sharpen themselves continuously as they break, enabling extremely fast stock removal. This allows users to complete tough jobs with less fatigue. Our discs have a rigid backing made of vulcanized fibre, which is wear-resistant and can handle demanding sanding applications.
