Cushion-Mount Plus are double-sided plate mounting tapes with an elastic foam backing, coated on both sides with acrylic adhesive. Excellent compressibility and optimum resilience of the foam ensure consistently high print quality. High-quality foamed plate mounting tapes in 7 precisely defined foam hardnesses offer the optimum solution for every application. Different adhesives ensure good repositionability, reliable hold and residue-free removal of the printing plate. An exclusive protective film and micro-channels on both sides of the adhesive tape prevent unwanted bubble formation. 3M Cushion-Mount plate mounting tapes are suitable for the finest screen rulings and new repro techniques such as NX, HD and MC and are already being used successfully worldwide.
