Use 3M (TM) Cushion-Mount (TM) Plus plate mounting tape E1915H to mount your photopolymer plates on printing cylinders. Our 0.38 mm thick, pink plate mounting tape with high adhesion to the plate side has micro-channels that prevent air bubbles from forming. It is used for high-quality halftone printing. The 3M (TM) Cushion-Mount (TM) Plus plate mounting tape E1915H with high adhesion to the plate side is used for mounting your photopolymer plates on printing cylinders or sleeves. It is used in high-speed combination printing (increased proportion of halftone motifs). Our Easy Mount protective film creates micro-channels on both sides of the adhesive. The diamond-shaped grid pattern creates a continuous and permanent network of microchannels in the adhesive film, which allows air to escape between the adhesive tape and cylinder/sleeve and between the adhesive tape and cliché. The adhesive on the side with the protective film (facing the cliché) has been specially developed for photopolymer plates. It has a high holding force during the printing process and enables the printing plate to be removed easily afterwards. The adhesive on the side facing the cylinder has been specially developed for printing cylinders/sleeves. It ensures that the adhesive tape is easy to apply during assembly and can be removed cleanly during disassembly.
