The 3M (TM) Polyimide Insulating Tape 1205 is an insulating tape with a polyimide film carrier. This flame retardant tape is suitable for applications that require a thin insulating material for wrapping transformers, capacitors and cable harnesses. This tape can withstand a temperature range of 40 to 155°C without losing its electrical properties or tensile strength. 3M (TM) Insulation Tape 1205 has a pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive that provides optimum adhesion. This tape is designed for anchoring wires/terminal boards. It is ideal for use as a solder-stop tape in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. The flame-retardant adhesive tape is extremely resistant to heat and solvents. UL listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU compliant.
