3M (TM) Tape 62 is a 4 mil thick insulating tape with PTFE film carrier. This printable tape is suitable for use on coils, harnesses and capacitors in high temperature environments. The thermosetting silicone adhesive on the flame retardant tape provides optimum adhesion in areas with high ambient temperatures. This tape is suitable for a wide temperature range from 0 to 180 °C. The 3M (TM) Tape 62 has an adhesive backing that ensures excellent adhesion to its own backing material as well as better adhesion to resins and paints. This PTFE tape is suitable over a wide temperature range for applications where minimal shrinkage is required. UL listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU compliant.
