3M (TM) Silicone-free adhesive tape 7419 with polyimide film and acrylic adhesive for PCB solder masking and other high temperature applications. Low static charge. This high temperature tape utilizes a silicone-free adhesive formulation that eliminates concerns about silicone contamination of masked areas. It is also designed with static dissipative performance characteristics and generates very low static charge during unwinding and removal, making it desirable for static sensitive applications. 3M Tape 7419 is designed to be cleanly removed from a variety of typical electronic substrates including FR 4, polyimide, gold, copper and silicon after high temperature processing.
