The 3M (TM) Hookit (TM) Machine Sanding Pad is a red foam pad for use with a 3M (TM) Random Orbital Sander that extends the life of abrasives and efficiently collects dust. Use our sanding pads as part of a complete 3M system solution for highly efficient vacuum sanding applications. For efficient vacuum sanding applications, use the 3M (TM) Hookit (TM) machine sanding pad with a 3M (TM) random orbital sander for longer abrasive life and highly efficient dust collection. Our sanding discs feature the latest innovations in dust extraction. The multihole design captures and removes more dust compared to products with 5 or 6 holes. This can significantly increase the life of the sanding disc, contributes to cleaner working environments and promotes user and application efficiency. This new design does not need to be aligned with the holes of the sanding disc. This allows for quick and easy wheel changes. The 3M Hookit quick change system provides excellent support of the backing and allows easy reuse for highly efficient vacuum sanding applications as part of our total system solution. The random orbital sanding system includes Hookit sanding strips, abrasives and backing pads. All designed for use with our red foam backing pads. With the Hookit system of nylon loops that securely attach the backing pad and allow for quick and easy disc changes, allowing the user to work more efficiently.
