The 3M (TM) P499 PVC adhesive tape is our ribbed, yellow PVC adhesive tape with low adhesive strength for indoor and outdoor use. For outdoor work, we recommend our 3M (TM) P499 PVC tape. Our supple, ribbed yellow PVC adhesive tape with low adhesive strength is easy to tear straight by hand. It is abrasion, UV and water resistant and can be removed from indoor and outdoor surfaces for up to four weeks without leaving any residue. It is resistant to temperatures between 5 °C and 60 °C.
