3M (TM) Roto Peen Flap Assemblies feature balls connected to flaps, providing a cleaner method than loose shot blasting. Our assemblies are available in three flap sizes for small and large surface areas. With the 3M (TM) Roto Peen flap discs you can shot peen a wide variety of metals. Our flap discs are portable and therefore extremely convenient. A tungsten carbide ball is attached to the flaps. This offers a cleaner method than loose shot peening. The wheels are particularly effective for precision work, production, repairing small areas and shot peening holes. They create a residual compressive stress that improves the durability of the material. Available in three flap sizes for small and large surface areas.
