The Scotch-Brite (TM) non-woven disc GB-DH is an aggressive and edge-stable variant with hook and loop adhesion on a cloth backing. The combination of ceramic abrasive grain and fiber fleece enables easy grinding and smoothing in conjunction with a burr-free surface finish. Removal of thin weld seams and small weld spots as well as coarser cleaning and deburring work are possible without any problems. Despite removal, no undergrinding of the surface is possible. The hook and loop fastening system with centering enables precise positioning of the disc and thus reduces vibrations by up to 50 %. The system is the established profile solution for surface improvement on all angle grinders. Two technologies combined in one product. The combination of fiber fleece material and a durable ceramic grain enables high removal rates in conjunction with a comparatively fine finish. In contrast to conventional abrasives, undergrinding is hardly possible here - remove weld seams and spots without undergrinding with a soft finish.
