The disc is characterized by a combination of newly developed fibre bundles, synthetic resin and aluminium oxide abrasive, which together form a thick, open fleece. The resilient nature of the fibers allows the disc to adapt more precisely to the contours of the workpiece. This increases the contact surface and stock removal. It adapts to welding beads so that weld seams can be polished. It can also be used to process areas that are difficult to access. Aluminum oxide is a very hard mineral with a high removal rate. It is usually used in applications with high contact pressure such as cutting or removing weld seams. When removing heavy rust, thick layers of paint or corrosion, it ensures powerful removal without leaving nicks. At the same time, the underlying workpiece is prepared.
