The highly absorbent sponge body is gentle on hands and gloves, while the scouring side aggressively tackles dirt, but is gentle on surfaces compared to steel sponges. The 3M (TM) Scotch-Brite (TM) Sponges NS2020 are open-textured scouring pads suitable for a wide range of applications, particularly in the kitchen and catering sector. They consist of a resistant non-woven fabric with a plastic grain and a polyester sponge section and can be used as an alternative to steel wool and cleaning spirals. They remove heavy incrustations from sensitive surfaces such as stainless steel, ceramics, porcelain, grill surfaces, ovens, pots and pans. Not suitable for use on plastic coatings, PTFE, acrylic and soft precious metals.
