The Scotch-Brite (TM) Light Deburring compact wheel is a smooth-running, coiled wheel for light deburring, polishing and finishing. Our compact wheels are designed for soft construction and smooth operation, requiring less operator effort than a harder compact wheel. When moderate conformability and density are important to maintain critical tolerances while achieving a smooth polished finish, use the Scotch-Brite (TM) Light deburring wheel. Light deburring, polishing and finishing work can be carried out cleanly with this smooth-running disc in a wound non-woven fiber construction. The discs have a soft construction and are easy to use because the user has to apply less pressure than with a harder disc. The unique resin system minimizes smearing and reduces heat build-up. The lightweight deburring wheel stays cool and is resistant to clogging due to the open structure of its fleece. This reduces the risk of tarnishing and distortion of the workpiece and extends the service life of the wheel. Our wheels are available in fine-grained abrasive.
