The 3M (TM) elastic polyurethane adhesive tape 9343 is a 0.42 mm thick acrylate adhesive tape. The surface consists of microfibers. 3M (TM) Elastic Polyurethane Tape 9343 is specifically designed to reduce noise, vibration, squeaks and rattles in vehicle interiors. The materials currently available for these applications, such as flocked fabric and/or felts, are not elastic, which limits their use on flat surfaces. The unique microfiber nonwoven backing material offers a combination of conformability, elasticity, compressibility and durability. Very suitable for noise insulation in the vehicle interior, e.g. insulation of adjacent components in the dashboard and trim areas.
