It is designed for consistently high performance in ambient temperatures of up to 105 °C. The conformable insulating tape can withstand sub-zero temperatures down to -18 °C. It is characterized by excellent resistance to abrasion, moisture, alkalis, acids, corrosion and various weather conditions (including UV radiation). It offers consistent electrical strength even when wet and prevents corrosion of electrical conductors.
