The 3M (TM) Trizact (TM) Fabric Abrasive Belt 237AA features proprietary microreplication technology in which micron-grade aluminum oxide particles are formed into small pyramids of abrasive mineral and then applied to an X-Last fabric backing. As these pyramids are removed, fresh, sharp mineral is continuously exposed to create a uniform cut and a predictable, accurate finish. 3M (TM) Trizact (TM) 237AA is a semi-flexible pyramid structured abrasive tool specifically designed for hard metal surfaces such as titanium, nickel, cobalt, chrome and other stainless steel alloys. The unique structure produces a very long service life with a uniform grinding pattern.
