The 3M (TM) Trizact (TM) 363FC fabric tape has aluminum oxide as the abrasive mineral and a polyester YF fabric backing. Our 363FC belts are available in grit sizes from A300 to A35. Use the 3M (TM) Trizact (TM) 363FC cloth belt for grinding, finishing and polishing carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, zirconium and titanium parts in external cylindrical and flat finishing applications. Our mesh belts are available in grit sizes from A300 to A35. A synthetic resin bond that is resistant to the heat and chemical ageing that can occur during grinding. The extremely robust binder is therefore ideal for the precise finishing of hard and soft surfaces. The three-dimensional hexagonal structure with abrasive grain made of high-grade corundum ensures faster sanding and a higher removal rate. Thanks to the waterproof YF polyester backing, the workpiece and the belt can also be rinsed during processing to prevent the abrasive from becoming clogged with dust and abrasion. These belts can provide up to five times longer life than other belts and offer controlled finishing results, allowing users to reduce grit-to-grit changes and require fewer processing steps and abrasive products. The three-dimensional, pyramid-shaped structures are evenly distributed over the entire surface of 3M Trizact abrasives to ensure consistent performance and prevent variation between different workpieces.
