The F9460 PC transfer tape from the 3M (TM) 100MP adhesive series is one of the high-performance products in the VHB (TM) high-performance bonding system. It is a film of pure acrylic adhesive, which has excellent adhesive strength on smooth to slightly porous surfaces. It is therefore particularly suitable for use in the automotive and aviation industries. It is characterized by excellent resistance to physical, chemical and mechanical influences. Its high shear strength as well as its very good resistance to ageing make the adhesive tape an ideal solution for long-term applications. It can withstand temperatures of up to +260 °C for short periods and its functionality is hardly impaired even after exposure to chemicals or solvents.
