The 3M (TM) Electrically Conductive Double-Sided Adhesive Tape Series 9772 has an electrically conductive adhesive (CPSA) with conductivity in all spatial axes (XYZ) that helps devices meet electromagnetic compatibility requirements. It consists of a conductive copper foil, a conductive acrylic adhesive and a peelable polyester film (PET) on the top and bottom. This thin, reliable copper tape for shielding has a high electrical resistance in the XY axis compared to other standard double-sided conductive tapes. It offers excellent conformability, good EMI shielding in the bonding gap and excellent electrical contact to small grounding areas. The acrylic-based conductive adhesive provides high adhesion, especially for a thin double-sided tape.
