Application

Zero-point clamping system for clamping with optimised setup time for machining and chipless machining.

Execution

• Hydraulic opening.
• Operating pressure for opening: min. 50 bar to max. 60 bar.
• Hardened cover and piston.
• Repeat accuracy less than 0.005 mm.

Notes

Use "Gonzales" modules exclusively with "Gonzales" modules during the clamping process. When changing system, note: "Gonzales" modules, unlike the Speedy 1000/2000 or DockLock 1000, require a release pressure of min. 50 bar/max. 60 bar. The surface-mounted clamping module is opened hydraulically (1) and locked mechanically by spring force. The pressure lines can then be disconnected as desired (module is clamped pressure-free). The clamping module has one connection: 1x hydraulic opening (1). * Please follow the installation instructions.
