Produced using an innovative process, the ultra-slim hydro expansion chuck combines the advantages of an expansion chuck and a shrink-fit chuck in a single product.

• Extremely high temperature resistance (up to 120 °C) ensures that the chuck retains its accuracy
• Slim shrink-fit chuck-style design makes it suitable for narrow interference contours
• Excellent damping properties
• Max. concentricity < 0.003 mm
• Standard tool changes as with expansion chucks without requiring additional devices
• Reducer bushings enable various applications
• Pre-balanced to G2.5/25,000 rpm
