Application
Sensor module for detection and status monitoring in the AMF zero-point clamping system for automation. The switching points of the sensor modules are directly configured via teach-in process and can then be fine-tuned and manually adjusted based on individual requirements.
Execution
- Sensor module for extending the pneumatic sensor unit, with integrated LCD display to show the operating status and 5 m connection cable with one open end. Specifications: distance measuring range: 0.02-0.2 mm; pneumatic connection: 6 mm Q6 push-in connector; electrical output: two PNP switching outputs; electrical connection: A-coded M12 plug
- Operating pressure: 4-7 bar.
