- Integrated KERN Universal Port (KUP): For connecting external KUP interface adapters, such as RS-232, USB, Bluetooth(R), Wi-Fi or Ethernet. (Adapter not included in scope of delivery.) This means that interfaces can easily be retrofitted without the need to open the scale housing and without complicated installation
- KERN Communication Protocol (KCP): The KCP allows for searching and remote control of the scale via external control units or computers
