Application

System scale with Easy-Touch software for filling pre-packaging. Digital weighing and calculation of filling quantities. Memory space for saving articles, empty packaging tares and other functions.

Execution

• Sample checks or 100 % checks possible
• Price labelling using the automated label printing function
• The precision scale can be calibrated. For applications requiring calibration, please also include the first calibration in your initial order. Subsequent calibration will not be possible.
• GLP/ISO logging of weighing data, scale adjustment etc. with date, time and identification number
• Integrated KERN Universal Port (KUP): For connecting external KUP interface adapters, such as RS-232, USB, Bluetooth(R), Wi-Fi or Ethernet. (Adapter not included in scope of delivery.) This means that interfaces can easily be retrofitted without the need to open the scale housing and without complicated installation
• KERN Communication Protocol (KCP): The KCP allows the scales to be queried and controlled remotely using external control units or computers
• Menu lock prevents unauthorised access
• Internal adjustment using the rotary knob on the side ensures a high degree of accuracy and allows the scales to be used in any location. Scales can be adjusted during battery operation without the need for mains connection.
• With alibi memory for paperless archiving of weighing results. This also means that the results of weighings requiring calibration can be electronically evaluated and processed further
• With underfloor-mounted weighing system
