The disk brush delivers a fine surface finish on various materials without causing damage. The nylon bristles, which adapt perfectly to the workpiece, are coated with K80 aluminum oxide. The abrasive bristles continuously release abrasive grit during use, ensuring uniform material removal. This disk brush is suitable for cleaning small surfaces, edges and joints. It is suitable for removing rust and paint as well as for smoothing, roughing and matt sanding metal, PVC and wood. It can also be used to structure wooden surfaces and remove tarnish from weld seams on stainless steel. Wire brushes are available in different strengths for different sanding grades. Stronger wire works more intensively and quickly creates surfaces that are, however, coarse. Thinner wire creates finer and smoother surfaces.
