The R444 Expert for Metal creates an impressive surface finish on metal surfaces. The stable backing plate made of vulcanized fibre enables even and long-lasting work. The semi-precious aluminum oxide grain backing makes the disc particularly suitable for metal work. The product is designed for deburring and preparing welding work on carbon steel, structural steel, non-ferrous metals and cast iron. It is also ideal for removing discoloration, deposits and surface imperfections. The full synthetic resin bonding of the abrasive grains on the vulcanized fibre backing ensures great work stability and the best results.
