This is exactly how we designed the PRO Metal Sandwich precise T1018AFP. With its BI-metal material and increased thickness, this 250 mm long jigsaw blade is ideal for getting the job done - time and time again. The PRO Metal Sandwich precise T1018AFP jigsaw blade gets its strength and flexibility from BI-metal: it has a high speed steel (HSS) tooth strip bonded to a more resilient carbon steel (HCS) body. We have made this blade stronger: it is difficult to bend and delivers precise straight cuts at the desired angle. The milled wavy teeth with fine tooth pitch facilitate clean and easy cutting of metal sandwich panels. Due to its extended length, it can process workpieces up to 150 mm thick. We recommend using it with the Bosch GST 150 and 160 jigsaws.
