The disk brush provides a good coarse finish. It is equipped with knotted wire for heavy cleaning work on small surfaces. The disc brush is ideal for cleaning weld seams and for cleaning stainless steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, edges and joints. It is also ideal for removing heavy rust, paint, slag, burrs and scale. Wire brushes are available in various thicknesses for different degrees of sanding. Stronger wire works more intensively and quickly creates surfaces that are, however, coarse. Thinner wire creates finer and smoother surfaces.
