The Heavy for Metal tapered brush provides a particularly coarse surface finish. This cone brush is equipped with knotted wire for intensive cleaning of hard-to-reach areas. It is suitable for cleaning smaller steel surfaces, edges and joints at high peripheral speed. Ideal for metal work and also suitable for removing heavy rust, paint, slag, burrs and scale as well as for cleaning weld seams. Wire brushes are available in different strengths for different degrees of sanding. Stronger wire works more intensively and quickly creates surfaces that are, however, coarse. Thinner wire creates finer and smoother surfaces.
