Application

The pyrometer coil also enables automatic and direct temperature control of the shrink-fit chuck during the heating process. This prevents the shrink-fit chuck from burning up. The safe and fast shrinking process does not require any prior identification of the shrink-fit chuck.

Execution

For shrinking carbide shanks of dia. 3-32 mm and HSS steel shanks of dia. 6-32 mm.
Shrink length approx. 500 mm.
Manual shrinking using one button or automated shrinking based on parameters.
Worn or broken cutting tools can be ejected using an integrated removal device.
Precise length adjustment possible via an additional retrofit device.

Advantage

A universal tool clamp is also available for centrally clamping all tool taper types.
