FireFox 1F. The pneumatic-hydraulic blind rivet nut setter – handy, reliable and safe. The small, handy sibling of the FireFox 2 was developed to set even small blind rivet nuts optimally and without damaging the workpiece. The FireFox 1 F is controlled exclusively via the setting force adjustment. This ensures the thread of the blind rivet nut is optimally protected and the blind rivet nut is securely anchored in the workpiece. The FireFox 1 F shares the ergonomic design – enabling fatigue-free working – and the familiar reliability of GESIPA processing tools with its big brother, thanks to the modular system. Stability has been optimised by a new rubber foot. Working range: Sets blind rivet nuts from M3 to M6 in all materials except M6 stainless steel. Technical data: Weight: 1.96 kg. Setting stroke, max: approx. 7.5 mm. Setting force, adjustable, max: approx. 12.5 kN at 6 bar. Operating pressure: 5–7 bar. Hose connection: 6 mm diameter (1/4’’). Air consumption: approx. 1–2 litres per setting operation (depending on nut size).
