FireFox 1. The pneumatic-hydraulic blind rivet nut setting tool – optionally stroke- or setting force-controlled. Advantages. Stroke or setting force adjustment possible. Maximum stroke clearly identifiable by a blue ring on the stroke scale (1). Quick and precise presetting of the setting force via a colour-coded adjustment ring (2). New stroke scale can be adjusted easily and reliably even in poor lighting conditions. Working range. Sets blind rivet nuts from M3 to M6 in all materials, except M6 stainless steel. Technical data. Weight: 2.2 kg. Setting stroke, max: max. 7.5 mm. Setting force, adjustable, max: approx. 12 kN at 6 bar. Operating pressure: 5–7 bar. Hose connection: 6 mm diameter (1/4”). Air consumption: approx. 1–2 litres per setting operation (depending on nut size). Scope of delivery. Threaded mandrel and mouthpiece M6 (in working position).
