G-Bulb blind rivets. The high-strength Stark blind rivets in steel and stainless steel. GESIPA offers a range of high-strength structural blind rivets known as G-Bulb, available in steel and stainless steel with diameters of 4.8 and 6.4 mm. The G-Bulb dimensions are capable of covering material thicknesses between 1.5 and 15.5 mm. Key features of the G-Bulb blind rivets include the large clamping range, very high shear and tensile strength values due to the formation of a wide closing head, and the mechanical residual mandrel locking during the setting process. In combination with the patented functional embossing on the rivet shank, the G-Bulb meets the highest requirements regarding tolerance compensation for component thicknesses and hole geometry. The G-Bulb blind rivet forms an exceptionally wide closure head, which transfers the full clamping force to the application.
