GESIPA UniversalGrip – The PolyGrip connector for hard-to-reach riveting points. For applications where, due to design constraints (interfering edges, deep recesses), there is very little space available for the tool, the use of extended tool heads is recommended. However, a blind rivet with an extended mandrel is essential for this. The UniversalGrip blind rivet is now available for these applications. The UniversalGrip combines the advantages of the PolyGrip with those of an extended rivet mandrel and can be processed with all our special-length tooling. Applications. • Hard-to-reach riveting locations of any kind, e.g. riveting in profiles. • Riveting close to component edges.
