Why is this application necessary for the workshop?With coupling systems, including the substructure, the total weight can quickly amount to several hundred kilograms. Currently, there is no adequate market solution or manufacturer’s specification for a safe, standardised lifting solution for disassembly and assembly. Vehicle manufacturers and fifth-wheel plate manufacturers merely state “using suitable lifting equipment” and refer to the applicable lifting guidelines. It is not specified in any greater detail!
