Klingspor uses the tough, hard and self-sharpening zirconia alumina as the abrasive grain for the fibre discs CS 565. This ensures a very good sanding result over a long service life. In addition, the zirconium corundum abrasive grain ensures low temperature development and therefore low tarnishing. The CS 565 fibre discs can be used in all areas of stainless steel and steel processing. They are suitable for use on conventional angle grinders and require a suitable backing pad. This can either be the flexible backing pad ST 358 for good adaptation to the workpiece or a uniform sanding pattern in surface processing or the hard, ribbed backing pad ST 358 A for coarse sanding work.
