97 43 66 Crimping system pliers MC4 EVO2 Only one tool for almost 1000 crimping applications: can be used with all crimping dies and positioning aids 97 49 XX. almost parallel crimping movement. Consistently high crimp quality thanks to precision dies and positive lock (can be unlocked). Crimping pressure is precisely set at the factory (calibrated), adjustable. Force amplification through lever transmission for fatigue-free working. Ergonomically shaped handles. Various positioning aids for precise positioning. Crimping dies for applications that go beyond the range offered are available on request. Tool body: Chrome vanadium electric steel in special grade, oil-hardened. Approved crimping in accordance with UL in conjunction with KNIPEX wire end ferrules 97 99 330 - 399. The crimping die can be easily replaced using two screws. Please refer to the operating instructions. The optionally available contact holder 97 49 66 1 and 97 49 66 1 EVO makes it easier to guide the contacts during the crimping process. - Application: MC4 - Capacity square millimeters: 2.5 - 6.0mm² - Number of nests: 3 - AWG: 14 / 12 / 10
