This wireless one-to-one transmission system has been specially developed for the production line to ensure that all bolts are tightened. After the "click", the wireless receiver detects a signal and sends it to the switch. The system is then available. Wireless torque spanners can be used at a radial distance of 20 metres. The wireless transmission frequency is 2.4 GHz. The power supply to the receiver is 12 V DC, converted by a special adapter. When "clicked", the four green LEDs around the transmitter and the green LED on the receiver light up. The transmitter is equipped with a 3.7 V 14500 lithium battery, which can be replaced without delay. The transmitter's antenna is integrated, looks good and is secure.
