COMBICLICK pressed fleece probe CC PNER Ø 100mm Soft SIC Fine for finish. The COMBICLICK system consists of a specially developed backing pad and a sturdy holder on the back of the tool. With the backing pad, COMBICLICK tools can be used on standard angle grinders. The special geometry of the cooling slots ensures a high air flow rate, which significantly reduces the thermal load on the abrasive and the workpiece. The quick-clamping system, the robust holder, the secure locking of the tool and the integrated cooling system result in an up to 30 % lower workpiece temperature, 25 % higher cutting performance, 30 % longer tool life and better utilization of the abrasive compared to conventional tools. The design is ideal for achieving a very fine, homogeneous sanding pattern, which is sufficient for preparing the high-gloss polish, depending on the requirements. It is particularly suitable for processing larger surfaces on stainless steel (INOX) components.
