COMBICLICK fiber disc Ø 180mm VICTOGRAIN-COOL60 for steel and stainless steel. The COMBICLICK system consists of a specially developed backing pad and a sturdy holder on the back of the tool. With the backing pad, COMBICLICK tools can be used on standard angle grinders. The special geometry of the cooling slots ensures a high air flow rate, which significantly reduces the thermal load on the abrasive and the workpiece. The quick-clamping system, the robust holder, the secure locking of the tool and the integrated cooling system result in up to 30 % lower workpiece temperature, 25 % higher cutting performance, 30 % longer tool life and better utilization of the abrasive compared to conventional tools. Fibre discs from PFERD are manufactured in accordance with ISO 16057 in form A1 version F under the designation "Vulcanized fibre discs". For highly aggressive grinding with ultimate stock removal on steel materials, hard and poorly heat-conducting materials with an extremely long service life. Ultimate, constant maximum performance thanks to the VICTOGRAIN abrasive grain. Active abrasive additives in the coating achieve a significantly higher stock removal rate, prevent clogging and result in cooler grinding.
