COMBITWIST round brush knotted RBG Ø 125x12 mm M14 stainless steel wire Ø 0.50mm angle grinder. Very aggressive brush. Suitable for heavy-duty brushing work in metal construction such as descaling, derusting, deburring, cleaning weld seams and removing adhesive residue and weld spatter. In order to meet the special requirements for working on stainless steel (INOX), PFERD uses wire quality 1.4310 (V2A) for all INOX brushes. Practical experience from the industrial environment confirms that it has very good corrosion resistance with an optimum service life. All PFERD brushes with INOX fill are marked blue and are suitable for use on all stainless steels (INOX), such as V4A. Wire grade 1.4310 tends to behave ferromagnetically when work hardened, i.e. it is attracted by magnets. This is due to a change in the microstructure caused by deformation, e.g. during wire drawing. This has no effect on the quality and corrosion resistance of the INOX trim. It retains its corrosion-resistant properties. Stainless steel wire (INOX) can withstand temperatures of up to 450 °C.
