POLINOX Wound non-woven wheel PNK Ø 150x13 mm Bore Ø 25.4 mm Hard SIC Fine for finishing. POLINOX compact sanding wheels PNK produce matt surfaces. POLINOX compact abrasive wheels PNK consist of a foam-coated abrasive fleece spirally wound around a core. The foam supports the fleece and influences its service life and sanding behavior. This special bond produces non-woven wheels with a very good surface finish, high stock removal rate and long service life. These properties are particularly evident when deburring, smoothing, finishing and polishing soft metals, alloyed and high-alloy steels and titanium alloys. The wheels can be used on stationary machines and grinding stands, but also with portable tool drives such as straight grinders. The wheels can also be adapted to the geometry of a specific workpiece by dressing. Hard version with very high stock removal rate, good edge strength and long service life for medium to heavy deburring and polishing applications.
