POLINOX non-woven sanding wheel PNZ Ø 100x50mm thread 5/8-11 A100 for fine sanding and finishing. POLINOX sanding wheels are made of polyamide fleece in which abrasive grain is embedded. The abrasive fleece is arranged radially in a lamellar pattern, with an abrasive cloth between each lamella. This combination of flaps enables a higher material removal rate to be achieved and gives the surface a coarser finish. The tool is designed for processing medium-sized surfaces on variable-speed angle grinders and fillet weld grinders and can be mounted directly on the work spindle of the drive machine without additional clamping devices. The tool is mainly used for processing large surfaces.
