POLINOX pressed non-woven disc PNER Ø 125 mm bore-Ø 22.23 mm medium soft SIC fine for finishing. POLINOX compact abrasive discs are used for face grinding on variable-speed angle grinders. Particularly suitable for processing larger surfaces. The compacted fleece is bonded to a glass cloth backing. POLINOX compact abrasive discs PNER consist of several highly compressed non-woven layers bonded with a special grain-resin system. Different combinations of compression, fibers, grain and corresponding bonding result in nonwoven products with a very good surface finish, high removal rate and long service life. These tools can be used to cover a wide range of surface finishing tasks, from relatively coarse sanding to preparation for polishing. Medium-soft version with increased edge strength and tool life for rough matching and polishing applications. Well suited for processing contours.
